of sex tourism in the city.

tourism as such causes enough problems, but a far more serious sort of trade is
also involved -- child prostitution; in other words, pedophilia. Homeless children in the city of Viborg that
many Finnish volunteers and societies help, and told of Finnish men on sex
trips and money they have received from them. [minister's name] concludes: if a sufficient number of Finnish men were
caught and put on trial the word would quickly spread and scare sex tourists
away from Viborg. As interior minister [name...] said: "This is something
we need to be ashamed about."
